Legend Asset Management is led by President and Chief Operating Officer, Ms. Robbie Sebren Burns. Ms. Burns is a veteran and leader in the apartment industry. Our goal is to enhance long-term value by reducing cost while increasing revenue. We are able to provide various programs such as Renovation / New Construction as well as Rehab Oversight. We have a proven track record in working with troubled assets to redirect and reposition them with the current market.

Mission Statement
Legend Asset Management draws upon more than 75 combined years of business and real estate experience. Our management team provides a hands-on approach with the supervision and management of each asset by implementing aggressive strategies as it pertains to:
- Coordination of services with owners/investors, on-site management personnel and contractors/vendors
- Timely submissions of monthly financial reporting for expense monitoring and revenue
- Daily, weekly, monthly evaluation and analysis of operations and the condition of each asset
- Direction of leasing efforts
- Development of a strategic marketing plan and effective customer promotion within a client’s existing portfolio

Robbie Sebren Burns
President and Chief Operating Officer
Robbie Sebren Burns has been in the property management for more than 25 years, providing real estate services to owners and investors of multi-family properties. She provides attention to each asset with resources to minimize the expense and operate within the budget constraints by examining various inefficiencies and areas needing improvement and proposing suggestions and modifications based on your objectives for the property.
Tom Thornhill
Director of Administration (DA)
Tom Thornhill has been the Director of Administration (DA) for Legend Asset Management since 2010. Mr. Thornhill is the principal staff officer for administration areas and is responsible for all areas of property accounting, corporate accounting, finance, general partner reporting and all cash management. In addition, he is responsible for all audit and tax coordination, investor relations and reporting.

Lynn Cobler
Accountant
Lynn Cobler is a results-driven accounting professional with a strong track record of delivering top performance and possesses 30 years of experience in various industries, accounting methods and information systems. She has proven her proficiency in improving efficiency and meeting tight deadlines in property management accounting and finance.
Dana Warren-Foret
Accountant
Dana Warren-Foret brings over 30 years of corporate accounting experience of which 17 years has been in the residential multifamily industry working at various levels including rehab as well as new property construction accounting. Ms. Foret’s previous positions included Staff Accountant, Accounting Manager, Financial Analyst, Senior Financial Accountant and Corporate Comptroller.
Linda Hendricks
Regional Director
Linda began her career in multifamily management over 20 years ago. Specializing in affordable programs such as tax credit and HUD, conventional, new construction and repositioning distressed assets. She has proven success managing various asset types that include conventional, renovation, TDHCA and value add. Her vast hands-on experience serves clients versatility to achieve overall operational needs and deliver top performance.
Jamie Lopez
Assistant Regional Manager
Jamie Lopez is an experienced regional supervisor of 13 years and has been in the property management industry for 19 years. She brings to the table a hands-on approach and leads teams to manage daily operations to achieve business goals and maximize profitability with proven results. Jamie specializes in management staff guidance, on-site training for all staff titles, optimizing operational performance, ensuring regulatory and company standards are upheld, and preparing operational and financial reports. All while overseeing social media marketing needs for the Legend Asset Mgmt.
